Special Fundraising Musical Gala Planned by Sai Pariwar

Sai Pariwar, Inc. and Sai Temple, a well-established nonprofit organization with over two decades of service to the Central Jersey spiritual community, are set to host a unique fundraising musical gala on Thursday, August 21, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. The event will take place at Royal Albert’s Palace in Fords, New Jersey, with the primary goal of raising funds for the construction of a new Sai Temple and Cultural Center in North Brunswick. The evening promises to be festive, featuring a lively Bollywood musical concert showcasing a talented ensemble of local singers and musicians, supported by a live band. Attendees can expect a captivating performance filled with beloved Bollywood classics, timeless golden-era hits, modern favorites, and uplifting spiritual bhajans, presented by both established and emerging artists from the local area.

New Temple Plans and Community Benefits

Sai Pariwar has successfully acquired a prime location on Route 130 in North Brunswick, adjacent to the ShopRite Complex, and has received all necessary permits and approvals from the township to start construction on the new temple. The existing Sai Temple has been housed in a warehouse for the past 15 years, facing several challenges, including an outdated structure, limited parking, and accessibility issues for elderly and differently-abled devotees. The upcoming temple is designed to overcome these obstacles, offering a safer, more modern space that will serve as a lasting spiritual home for the community. It will be dedicated to Sri Shirdi Saibaba and will also feature sanctums for other Hindu deities, fostering a tranquil environment for prayer, spiritual development, and cultural activities.

Community Engagement and Contributions

The new temple will be equipped with ample parking, contemporary amenities, and technology-driven infrastructure, making it a significant spiritual and cultural landmark that celebrates Indian traditions, promotes community cohesion, and serves as a venue for future generations to engage with their heritage. The vision of Sai Pariwar for the temple embodies the principles of Seva (selfless service), Shraddha (faith), and Saburi (patience). To realize this vision, the organization has initiated a capital campaign aimed at raising $5 million. The Board of Trustees and Temple Committee are reaching out to devotees, community members, and supporters to join in this noble cause. They encourage attendance at the musical gala and generous contributions towards the construction project. Donations of any amount are appreciated, and sponsorship opportunities are available for various aspects of the temple, including deity spaces, halls, and puja rooms.

A Commitment to Community Service

In addition to offering year-round spiritual services and worship, Sai Pariwar actively participates in community engagement through a diverse range of inclusive programs. These programs include weekly medical camps, yoga and holistic healing workshops, and celebrations of significant Hindu festivals. Furthermore, the organization conducts arts, dance, and music workshops, along with food drives to assist individuals and families in need. All activities are open to the public, demonstrating Sai Pariwar’s dedication to service, wellness, and cultural enrichment for everyone.

Invitation to the Community

Sai Pariwar warmly invites all community members and devotees to join them for this special evening, celebrating music, devotion, and unity while contributing to the establishment of a lasting place of worship and cultural connection. With collective support, Sai Pariwar aims to open the doors of a new temple that will stand as a symbol of spiritual strength and community pride for many years to come. Tickets for the musical gala are available for purchase online or directly at the temple, and donations can be securely made via the organization’s website.
